Origin Studios was founded in 1977 by Jack Dadd FCSD to provide a comprehensive and creative design service on both a consultancy and freelance project basis and is now run by his daughter, Caroline.

Our work is mainly design for printed literature and graphics, illustration and advertising for a wide variety of clients, from local schools to multi-national companies such as Dunoon Ceramics, Steelite International, Norcros Adhesives and H. Gaventa. We also undertake surface pattern work and product development, including mug designs, printed gift items, sculptural ceramic and silver products.

Typical projects would include colour brochures, leaflets, point of sale, packaging, corporate identity and website design. Our aim is to produce the highest quality of innovative work and service at realistic rates.

At Origin we strongly believe in keeping up to date with modern technology whilst retaining our traditional design and visualisation skills. Computer technology is an aid to our creativity, not a substitute.
